    Transferred to 125th TFS, 138th TFG, Oklahoma ANG, Tulsa International Airport, OK.

    Transferred to 162nd TFS, 178th TFG, Ohio ANG, Springfield ANGB, OH.
    Operated with markings: OH

    August 1992

    Permanently withdrawn from use.
