    Issued to 36 Sqn. Radio call sign VHCRJ issued Oct 1942.

    To Commonwealth of Australia with c/r VH-ADQ.

    Leased to Australian National Airways.

    4 December 1943

    Crashed.
    Unable to land at Essendon Airport due to poor weather. Crashed near Bendigo, Victoria, while attempting to land in very poor weather/darkness.

    Civil registration, VH-ADQ, cancelled.

    5 May 1944

    Assigned civil registration: VH-AEN

    5 June 1944

    To Australian National Airways.

    18 April 1947

    Withdrawn from use.
