    Summary: The damage to the airframe was substantial. The passenger flight departed San Jose del Guaviare Airport (SJE/SKSJ), Colombia and was destined for Villavicencio Airport (VVC/SKVV), Colombia. The accident occurred at near Puerto Concordia (Colombia) while en route. The airframe was repaired. Narrative: The DC-3 departed San Jose del Guaviare (SJE) on a domestic flight to Villavicencio (VVC). One engine failed, after which the crew was forced to carry out an emergency landing in a rice field...

    Summary: The damage to the airframe was minor. The passenger flight departed Miraflores Airport (MFS/SKMF), Colombia and was destined for San Jose del Guaviare Airport (SJE/SKSJ), Colombia. The event occurred at near Miraflores Airport (MFS) (Colombia) while en route. The airframe was repaired. Narrative: The airplane was fired at from the ground by FARC rebels. A woman was injured and the plane was able to reach San Jose del Guaviare safely.
