    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 52-8685.

    Transferred to 1401st Air Base Wing, Andrews AFB, MD.

    Transferred to Presidential Fleet, Andrews AFB, MD.

    1962

    Redesignated as CH-21B.

    November 1963

    It has particular significance as the aircraft which carried Bobby Kennedy from the Pentagon to Andrews AFB to meet the flight returning President John F. Kennedys remains to Washington following his assassination in Dallas, Texas on 22 November 1963.

    Withdrawn from use.
