Crashed.
Crashed 15 km northeast of Grand Cascapedia, Quebec (Dept. of Transport accident card). The aircraft apparently stalled during a turn when pilot W.J.B. Moffat was required to climb slightly higher than normal to avoid the leaders slipstream and clear the terrain. Damage was substantial and was deemed probably uneconomical to repair at the time. Pilot Moffatt was not injured. |

Crashed.
Crashed into a race track in Chilliwack, B.C., while on a local crop spraying flight to cover a field near the Chilliwack fairgrounds. The engine failed at low altitude and the aircraft forced landed on the race track. The aircraft turned over onto its back on soft ground.
