    Certificate of airworthiness for N56V {1} (DC3A, 4900) issued.

    14 January 1963

    To Charlotte Aircraft Corp, Charlotte, NC keeping c/r N56V {1}.

    1 July 1970

    Civil registration, N56V {1}, cancelled.

    From 1978 to 2004

    Mounted on poles at Museum of Life (and) Science Durham, North Carolina.

    Circa 2004

    To North Carolina Transportation Museum, Spencer, NC.
