    Summary: The airframe was destroyed. There were 28,843 hours and 8,030 cycles on the airframe at the time. The ferrying/positioning flight departed Espinal-Aguablanca Agricultural Airstrip, Colombia and was destined for Bogota-Eldorado Airport (BOG/SKBO), Colombia. The accident occurred at Espinal-Aguablanca Agricultural Airstrip (Colombia) while taking off. Narrative: A Convair CV-580 cargo plane was destroyed in a takeoff accident at Espinal-Aguablanca Agricultural Airstrip, Colombia. All four crew members survived the accident...
