    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Saudi Air Force with s/n 53-693.

    1985

    The last Saudi Lightnings ceased flying in 1985 by which time BAe agreed to buy back the best survivors, ZF577 - ZF598.

    January 1986

    Ferry flight.
    Arrived by at Warton.

    Used in the formation of a thrid RAF Lightning squadron.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n ZF588.

    1989

    To East Midlands Aeropark, East Midlands Airport (North Side), Castle Donington, Leicestershire/Leics, England.
