    Notes: Just across the Canadian border at Kamloops BC in September 1977 were two Douglas A-26 Invaders from the largest Canadian tanker operator Conair. C-GHCF was once a US executive aircraft, and still flies with the Lauridsen Aviation Museum in Arizona
