    Transferred to VX-4, NAS Point Mugu, CA.

    From 8 February 1982 to 11 January 1984

    Transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) with inventory number 8F0097.

    30 August 1984

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n ZE352 as a F-4J(UK).

    30 August 1984

    Transferred to 74 Squadron, RAF Wattisham, Suffolk.

    22 September 1990

    By 1994

    Transferred to RAF Laarbruch, Germany.

    New serial number assigned: 9086M RAF
    Used as a Battle Damage Repair trainer at Laabruch.

    To PEE, Foulness Island, Essex.

    Scrapped.
    Scrapped by H and M Sales, Stock, Essex, except for nose and cockpit section.

    To Hooton Park, Cheshire.
    Only the cockpit and nose section.

    Loaned to RAF Millom Museum, Millom, Cumberland/Cumbria, England.
    Only the cockpit and nose section survived here.
