    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX81FUJ16: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:17 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Scottsdale Muni Airport, Scottsdale, AZ. The flight departed from Phoenix, AZ, with the destination Scottsdale, AZ. The aircraft nosed over on touch down. Report remarks include: Remarks- whl assys loose on axles and brakes binding.
