    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at the Carl Folsom Airport (14J) Elba, AL, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. The pilot had received a weather briefing approximately 4 hrs before departure. He stated that on arrival, the airport beacon light was not on patches of ground fog were in the area. During the arrival, he approached from the south, flew north over the airport, circled to the southwest, then turned on a short final for runway 01...
