    Transferred to 165th Squadriglia, North Africa.
    Operated with markings: 372-5
    Unit acquired this aircraft 3 days before losing it and it still carried the markings of the previous unit.

    Damaged.
    Damaged while landing at Benghazi K-3 Airfield.

    November 1942

    Aircraft was captured by British forces at Benghazis K-3 Air Field during Axis retreat following the Battle of El Alamein.

    Circa January 1943

    Transported by ship.
    Transported to USA and used for tours around the country for raising War Bonds.

    Circa 1946

    Placed on display at a park playground.

    1950

    To Princeton Auto Museum, Oxford, MA.
    Derelict.

    1965

    To Gene Zimmerman, PA.
    Hulk.

    November 1965

    To Bradley Air Museum, Bradley Field, Windsor Locks, CT.

    1966

    Restoration started.

    1983

    To New England Air Museum, Bradley Field, WIndsor Locks, CT.
    Museum name changed.

    From 1983 to 1989

    Assigned to New England Air Museum, Bradley Field, WIndsor Locks, CT for storage.

    1989

    To Jeet Mahal, Vancouver, BC.
    Acquired for restoration and donation to National Museum of the USAF.

    4 December 1989

    Arrived Aermacchi factory at Verese Air Field, Italy.

    From December 1989 to 1991

    Restored.
    Markings Applied: 372-5

    12 December 1991

    Roll out restored and marked as when captured.

    October 1992

    Transported by air. Delivered to National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
