    From Unknown to 2004

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 153030 and operated with these markings: SH-37.

    Redesignated as F-4B-27-MC.

    Converted to a F-4N.

    Was flown from NAS Point Mugu to NAS North Island and this was the last flight of a US Navy F-4.

    In the inventory of National Naval Aviation Museum-Loan Program, NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, FL.
    Became the property of the museum but with the intention to display at the USS Midway Museum. The airframe was not transferred to Pensacola.
