    Constructed as a Tu-134B.

    1980

    First flight.

    Returned from loan to Aeroflot/Latvia.

    6 January 1981

    Crashed.
    Ran off the runway at Adler/Sochi Airport (AER) after the brakes failed and subsequently damaged beyond economical repair. No fatalities, no injuries. Total time was only 1416 hours.

    Afterwards the aircraft was scrapped, but the cockpit section was saved and flown by an An-12 to Riga.
