    22 April 1965

    Damaged.
    Mid-air collision with F-102A Delta Dagger 57-886 11 miles Northeast of Travis AFB, CA. Both aircraft recovered and returned to Travis.

    From Circa 1966 to 1970

    Transferred to 123rd FIS, 142nd FIG, Oregon ANG, Portland IAP, OR.
    Operated with markings: OREGON, U.S. AIR FORCE

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
