    One of two F-105Ds flown on a Rolling Thunder mission. Target was 17 NM north-northeast of Haiphong, North Vietnam.

    16 October 1967

    One of four F-105Ds flown on a Rolling Thunder mission. Target was the Dai Loi railroad yard near Bac Ninh, North Vietnam.

    1 December 1967

    One of nine F-105Ds flown on a Rolling Thunder mission. Target was in Loas 7 NM south-southeast of Sam Neau. Pilot for this strike was Maj. James D. Murray.

    9 December 1967

    One of three F-105Ds flown on a Rolling Thunder mission. Target was in Loas.

    14 December 1967

    One of seven F-105Ds on a Rolling Thunder mission. Target was the Hanoi railroad and highway bridge in North Vietnam.

    8 November 1968

    Transferred to 355th TFW, Takhli RTAFB, Thailand.

    By June 1969

    Transferred to 354th TFS, 355th TFW, Takhli RTAFB, Thailand.
    Operated with markings: Sweet Bippy

    7 June 1969

    Damaged.
    Damaged by enemy AAA. Hit by an unknown size round during pull-off from a strafe run against military structures in Loas. The damage was to the bottom of the of the aft fuselage and caused loss of the utility hydraulic system. The pilot delivered eight M-117 bombs and observed no enemy defenses in the area. The repairs required 200 labor hours to repair.
