    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA74AM033: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:50 hours. The airframe was destroyed. The flight departed from Carolina, PR, with the destination Jayuya, PR. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Rolled over on touch down. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. A fire broke out after impact...
