    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number 7L-731.

    21 May 1990

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at airport NONE near Juneau, AK, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot experienced loss of tail rotor control while at a high hover with an external load of logs. The aircraft began spinning to the right and impacted the ground while in a spin. Examination of the wreckage revealed a fracture of the #3 segment of the tail rotor drive shaft assy.
