    Notes: Stearman Air Tankers of the Stoltzfus family fleet, and pilots, at Coatesville, spring of 1961. We contracted with the State of PA for fire-fighting, and also used them for forest spraying.

    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA75FKQ10: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 09:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Eagle Lake, MS. Collided with trees while pulling up from a crop dusting run. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain. A fire broke out after impact. Report remarks include: Struck tree approximately 2000 feet s of crash site. Incident occurred at or near Eagle Lake, MS.
