    Raced as #4.
    Competed at the Cleveland Air Races in the Formula Vee class. The primary pilot was Lex Cralley. Qualified in 4th place with an average speed of 141.361 mph. Raced in Heat 1A. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 142.637 mph. Started the Trophy race, but did not finish. Left the race on lap 3 with engine trouble.
