    Operated with markings: CV, 37 679
    There is an image of this jet with a MiG kill star underneath the emblem of the 366th TFW. It has not been confirmed if this was a MiG killer or not.

    Transferred to 58th TFTW, Luke AFB, AZ.

    To 122nd TFS, 159th TFG, Louisiana ANG, NAS New Orleans, LA.

    Transferred to 123rd FIS, 142nd FIG, Oregon ANG, Portland ANGB, OR.
    Operated with markings: OREGON, U.S. AIR FORCE

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Air Force.
    Struck off charge at Tinker AFB, OK.
