    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 68-16165.

    User Contribution Pending Review: Circa 1970 Served with the 165th Transportation Company (Aviation) until the unit was deactivated in 1971. The aircraft was shipped back the USA at that time.

    Converted to an UH-1V.

    Transferred to 126th Medical Company (ARNG), Mather AFB, CA.
