    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 56-0376.
    The delivery date is provided.

    New construction number, 1677, assigned to the airframe.
    The Army assigned the construction number 1677.

    Redesignated as U-6A.

    Transferred to Command A-11.

    To Hub Air Service Inc with new c/r N62LC.

    Certificate of airworthiness for N62LC (DHC-2, 1086) issued.

    By 14 January 1985

    To unknown owner with c/r N62LC.

    14 January 1985

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Mcgrath, AK, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. Aircraft is equipped with main gear skis and a tailwheel. Pilot stated elevator rudder controls stuck during the landing roll on snow covered terrain. Inspection reveladed the tail section of the aircraft collapsed after contacting the head of a small tree. The landing was made on a mining strip.
