    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA76DYE09: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:40 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Crest Air Park Airport, Kent, WA. The flight departed from Medford, OR, with the destination Kent, WA. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout.
