    Transferred to Overhaul (and) Repair Facility, NAS Norfolk, VA.

    Transferred to Helicopter Squadron 2 (HU-2), NAS Lakehurst, NJ.

    From 1961 to 1962

    Attached to Squadron Detachments, it Operated from the Aircraft Carriers Forrestal (CVA 59), Lake Champlain (CVS) 39, Saratoga (CVA 60), and Randolph (CVS-15).

    6 July 1962

    Redesignated as UH-25C.

    Circa November 1962

    Assigned to Naval Air Facility (NAF), Litchfield Park, AZ for storage.

    21 March 1963

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Navy.

    To Glen Hyde, Roanoke, TX with new c/r N4953S (HUP-3, 147607).

    February 1988

    To National Naval Aviation Museum, NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, FL.
