    Subcontracted to Evergreen Air Services, Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Montreal, Quebec. Operated for Canadian Forest Protection Limited spruce budworm spray program New Brunswick (Baugher).

    2 July 1969

    Crashed.
    Substantially damaged during aerial application spraying pesticide when the pilot landed tail down, failed to maintain directional control, ground looped striking the propeller and nosed over at Mayo Airport, Yukon Territory. (Baugher).
