    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Thomasville, GA, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. The helicopter was on a swath run at about 5 feet above ground level was approaching high obstructions when the pilot noted that the needles split, the engine RPM increased the main rotor RPM began decreasing. The pilot turned to avoid the obstructions, but was unable to level the aircraft before ground impact...
