    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA73AS026: There were 2 fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:10 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Kitsap Cnty Airport, Gorst, WA. The flight departed from Seattle, WA, with the destination Unknown/not Reported. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain in an uncontrolled descent. A fire broke out after impact. Report remarks include: No record found of pilot having flown T-28 aircraft prior to day of accident.
