    Crashed while flying a combat mission, injuring both pilots.

    Repaired at Bell Hellicopter and returned to Vietnam for further combat.

    Converted to an AH-1S.

    Transferred to 3 17 AC SQ C TP, Vietnam.

    March 1972

    Returned to US.

    Transferred to Aradmac, Corpus Christi.

    Transferred to HHC 1st CAV DIV, Fort Hood.

    October 1974

    Transferred to Supply DIV, Fort Hood.

    Transferred to NASA, Langley.

    Transferred to D Troop 3rd Squadron 5th Air Cavalry.
