    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MKC70D0050: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Ackley Airport, Ackley, IA. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with a fence while aborting takeoff. The factors included; wet runway. Report remarks include: During takeoff after a precautionary landing due to tstm left gear of aircraft struck water on rnwy.
