The blue fin markings indicate its detachment to the tactical air control party supporting Military Assistance Command (MACV) Team 3 at Hue RVN.

    There were three fatalities. The accident occurred at MacDill AFB Auxiliary Field (AGR) Avon Park, FL, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. Prior to the flight, the crew attended a mass briefing with the military training exercise personnel for whose operations the flight was to provide aerial support...
