    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number DEN69F0028: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 08:15 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Cody Airport, Cody, WY. The engine failed or malfunctioned while circling in the traffic pattern. Stalled while on final approach to land. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine.
