    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK72FVG22: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 16:38 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Placerville Airport, Placerville, CA. This was a local flight from Placerville, CA. Collided with trees while on a crop dusting run. Report remarks include: Spraying firetrol.
