    Stood nuclear weapons alert at Osan AB, South Korea.

    Takhli RTAB, Thailand.

    Transferred to 388th TFW, Korat RTAFB, Thailand.

    1 December 1967

    One of nine F-105s flown on Rolling Thunder mission RT56A-212 by pilots of the 469th TFS, 388th TFW. They bombed a target in Laos 7 NM SSE of Sam Neua. The pilot for this mission was Capt. Dennis Jarvi.

    Flew on a strike mission in the Steel Tiger region of Laos.

    18 February 1969

    Flew on a strike mission in the Steel Tiger region of Laos.

    Flew on a strike mission in the Steel Tiger region of Laos.

    23 February 1969

    Flew on a strike mission in the Steel Tiger region of Laos. After the mission, the aircraft diverted to to Ubon RTAFB due to an inflight emergency.

    27 February 1969

    Flew on a strike mission in the Steel Tiger region of Laos.

    2 March 1969

    Base of operations changed.
    Returned to Korat RTAFB, Thailand, following the completion of runway repairs.

    26 May 1969

    Damaged.
    During a combat mission over Laos, the aircraft recieved combat damage that required 300 labor hours to repair. Enemy AAA shell fragments tore the gun compartment bulkhead and panels, damaged the forward gun mount, jammed the gun itself, and gouged oxygen lines.
