    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were seven fatalities. The military flight departed Shinbweyang (VYSB), Myanmar and was destined for Myitkyina Airport (MYT/VYMK), Myanmar. The accident occurred at near Tingkawk Sakan (Myanmar) while en route. Narrative: Crashed during an air supply mission. Visibility in the area was limited to 2-5 miles with low broken ceiling and rain.

The military flight departed Villeneuve-Advanced Landing Ground A-63, France and was destined for Chalgrove Airport (EGLJ), United Kingdom. Narrative: A four aircraft formation of USAAF Douglas C-47s left Villeneuve-Advanced Landing Ground A-63 in France at about 16:40 and proceeded via La Treport and Beachy Head in order to return to their base at Chalgrove in Oxfordshire.
