    To CASA, Madrid, Spain.

    Transferred to 23rd TFW, McConnell AFB, KS.

    February 1966

    Transferred to 6441st TFW, Takhli RTAFB, Thailand.
    Transferred to SEA for combat operations.

    15 March 1966

    To Air Asia, Tainan, Taiwan.
    Contract Depot Work.

    September 1966

    Damaged.
    Received severe combat damage.

    18 October 1966

    To Saint. Augustine, FL.
    Contract depot repair of combat damage.

    20 April 1967

    Written off.
    Damage deemed too costly / extensive for repair.

    To Sacramento Air Material Area, McClellan AFB, CA.
    For restoration to static display. It was built from parts of 10 different combat damaged Vietnam-era aircraft at McClellan AFB, CA in the late 1960s.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
