    Circa 1963

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 62-4301.
    The delivery date is provided.

    Transferred to 8th Tactical Fighter Wing (PACAF), Itazuke AB, Japan.

    From April 1964 to January 1968

    Transferred to 41st Air Division (PACAF), Yokota AB, Japan.

    January 1968

    Transferred to 18th Tactical Fighter Wing (PACAF), Osan AB, Korea.

    Transferred to 355th TFW, Takhli AB, Thailand.
    Attached to the 355th for two brief combat tours.

    While with the 355th, recorded a ground kill of a Il-28.

    From April 1972 to August 1972

    Transferred to McClellan AFB.
    Sent to McClellan for maintenance.

    Transferred to 507th Tactical Fighter Group (AFRES), Tinker AFB, OK.

    July 1980

    Transferred to 466th Tactical Fighter Squadron (AFRES), Hill AFB, UT.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
