    Damaged.
    During a recon mission for Armed Recon over South Vietnam, AH-1G 67-15479 was at 100 feet and 120 knots when it took 1 hit from an enemy 7.62MM round. The helicopter was hit in the left side, damaging the flight controls and airframe. In addition, one of the crewmen was wounded. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    During a recon mission for Armed Recon over South Vietnam, AH-1G 67-15479 took 1 hit from an enemy 7.62MM round. The helicopter was hit in the right side, damaging the airframe. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    5 May 1968

    Damaged.
    During a Close Air Support mission over South Vietnam, AH-1G 67-15479 was attacking at 50 feet and 150 knots when it took 1 hit from an enemy 7.62MM round. The helicopter was hit in the bottom, damaging the airframe. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    During a recon mission for Armed Escort, Other Aircraft, over South Vietnam, AH-1G 67-15479 was at 300 feet and 130 knots when it took 1 hit from an enemy 7.62MM round. The helicopter was hit in the Cockpit, damaging the fuel systems. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

The helicopter was hit in the Tail Section, damaging the gear box. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

The helicopter was hit in the equipment section, damaging the fuel systems. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    During a Close Air Support mission over South Vietnam, AH-1G 67-15479 was taking off at 70 feet and 130 knots when it took 2 hits from an enemy 7.62MM weapon. The helicopter was hit in the Main Rotor Blade System, damaging it. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    During a Close Air Support mission over South Vietnam, AH-1G 67-15479 was attacking at 700 feet and 90 knots when it took 2 hits from an enemy 7.62MM weapon. The driveshaft, flight controls and airframe were damaged. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    During a Close Air Support mission over South Vietnam, AH-1G 67-15479 was conducting Armed Visual Reconnaissance at 50 feet and 135 knots when it took 1 hit from an enemy 7.62MM round. The helicopter was hit in the left side, damaging the structure. The helicopter continued flight and accomplished all mission objectives.

    During a Rescue and Recovery mission for Rescue of Persons over a classified area (likely Laos), AH-1G 67-15479 was attacking at 1700 feet and 100 knots when it took 1 hit from an enemy 7.62MM round. The helicopter was hit in the Main Rotor Blade System, damaging it significantly. The helicopter continued flight, however, was diverted prior to accomplishing any mission objectives.

    During a recon mission for Armed Escort over a Classified area, AH-1G 67-15479 was attacking at 500 feet and 100 knots when it took 5 hits from an enemy 7.62MM weapon. The helicopter was hit in the Main Rotor Blade System causing spalling. The helicopter continued flight, however, was diverted prior to accomplishing any mission objectives.
