    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 188761.

    20 October 1987

    Crashed.
    Crashed on take-off from RAF Alconbury, Cambridgeshire and came to rest substantially complete in a nearby field. The pilot ejected safely.

    Transferred to 409 Squadron.
