    Summarized NTSB narrative from report for event ID 81827: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; hydraulic system and overload failure. Incident occurred at or near Monterey, CA.
