    Markings Applied: DM, 65-0639
There is no known connection between 65-0639 and any unit assigned to Davis-Monthan AFB. My guess is that this F-4 was displayed as 65-0639 considering its USN BuNo was 150639. It is marked as a USAF Davis-Monthan based F-4 Phantom.
