    Route: Schiphol-Belgrade-Ankara-Teheran-Dubai-Karachi-Delhi-Calcutta-Bangkok-Seletar- Denpasar-Darwin-Alice Springs-Melbourne.

    13 November 1987

    Withdrawn from use.
    Ferried Canberra-Melbourne and stored.

    Contracted to Ansett Worldwide Aviation Services for work on the airframe.
    Transferred to A.W.A.S. for lease to Linea Aerea del Cobre Ltda (LADECO), Chile.

    From 20 November 1987 to 4 December 1987

    Ferry flight.
    Departed Melbourne as flight AN27 to Alice Springs- Broome-Denpasar-Singapore (Seletar)-Bangkok-Calcutta-Delhi-Karachi-Bahrain-Jeddah-Cairo-Athens-Milano-Prestwick-Reykavik-Sondre Stromfjord-Goose Bay-Philadelphia-Miami-Panama-Guayaquil-Lima-Arica-Santiago.

    Aircraft destroyed in landing accident at Bellavista Airport, Amazonas, Peru.
