    Constructed as a FJ-3.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 135867.

    Converted to a FJ-3D2.

    By 1960

    Transferred to VU-3 Iron Man.
    Operated with markings: UF-14

    1962

    Redesignated as DF-1D.

    2 December 1964

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Navy.

    To Planes of Fame Air Museum, Chino Airport, Chino, CA.

    Restored as a FJ-3.
    Antennas characteristic for FJ-3D2/DF-1D variant were removed. However lower cannon blast panel orifice is still blanked off.

    Markings Applied: 313, VF-73, L
    In reality these were markings of FJ-3M BuNo 141435.
