    To 301st Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Squadron, Homestead AFB, FL.

    From 1979 to 1987

    Transferred to Det 4, 37th ARRS, Little Rock AFB, AR.
    Transported equipment and personal to and from the eighteen Titan II missile silos in Arkansas.

    From 18 September 1980 to 19 September 1980

    This HH-1H was instrumental in the response to the disaster at the silo near Damascus, Arkansas in mid-September 1980.

    1987

    Transferred to 6514th TS, AFSC, Hill AFB, UT.

    Transferred to 514 FLTS, AFSC, Hill AFB, UT.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
