    Circa 1942

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-84715.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 84825 as a SNJ-5.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Ejercito de Aire with s/n C.6-163 and operated with these markings: 421-56.

    Circa 19 April 1982

    Certificate of airworthiness for N29944 (AT-6D, 84825) issued.

    To Combat Aircraft Inc, Elkhart IN with c/r N29944.

    19 September 1982

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Lakeside Airport (T86) Houston, TX, United States while taking off. The airframe was destroyed. The aircraft began to drift left during takeoff. The pilot decided to lift off and correct the drift in the air. He corrected with right bank and the wing dragged on the ground the aircraft cartwheeled in the grass adjacent to the runway and came to rest right side up at midfield.
