Incident occurred at the Fairbanks International Airport, Fairbanks, AK. Ground looped or water swerved while taxiing to takeoff. Collided with a parked aircraft while taxiing to takeoff. The factors included; congested ramp taxiway. Report remarks include: Struck parked aircraft N2969V, substantial damage and N1385D, minor damage. Ran into ditch.

    Summary: The airframe was written off. This was a cargo flight. The accident occurred at Shamattawa Airport, MB (ZTM) (Canada) while taxiing. Narrative: While taxying to the apron at Shamattawa Airport, Manitoba, the starboard maingear ran into the ditch and culvert that ran parallel to the runway and tore the main gear attachments off the spar.

    Summary: The airframe was written off. The cargo flight departed Lokichoggio Airport (LKG/HKLK), Kenya. The accident occurred at near Lokichoggio Airport (LKG) (Kenya) while in the initial climb. Narrative: The aircraft, chartered to Relief Air Transport, suffered an no. 1 engine failure on climbout. Undercarriage and flaps were retracted and the engine shut down. Unable to maintain height, a belly landing was made. The left wing struck trees during the slide.
