    Summary: The airframe was written off. The cargo flight departed Santo Domingo-Las Americas International Airport (SDQ/MDSD), Dominican Republic. The accident occurred at Santo Domingo-Las Americas Airport (SDQ) (Dominican Republic) while taking off. Narrative: Ran off the runway following a no. 4 engine failure on takeoff.
