    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 80-0219.

    By 4 April 1989

    Transferred to 509th Tactical Fighter Squadron/10th Tactical Fighter Wing, RAF Alconbury.

    4 April 1989

    Crashed.
    Crashed near Stukely, Huntingdonshire after failing to gain height following a touch-and-go landing at RAF Alconbury. The pilot ejected safely and the airframe was converted to a GA-10A for display at the base.

    Redesignated as GA-10A.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
