    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX69A0002: There were 2 fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:41 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Van Nuys Airport, Reseda, CA. Suffered a mid-air collision while circling in the traffic pattern. Report remarks include: Both pilots failed to see each other. N8394H landed safely, N7188S crashed in residential area.
